A few clear notes on how orders, production and shipping work, so there are no surprises along the way.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Every item is made to order and cannot be resold, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Production Time
Please allow an average of 4–6 business days for standard and personalized items, and 6–7 business days for Semi-Custom orders — this includes time for you to review and approve a digital proof before anything is printed, so we ask that you respond to proofs promptly to help keep your order on schedule. Bespoke timelines depend on the scope of the piece and will be shared with you directly. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods like the holidays.
Shipping
Standard economy shipping is a flat fee of $7.95 and typically arrives within 4–8 business days once your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us — we'll make it right. This is on us to sort out, not you.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out as soon as possible — once production has started, we are not able to make changes. Cancellations and amendments are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Reach out before ordering and we'll quote a rush option based on your order and timeline.
Sales Tax
Pennsylvania sales tax is applied to orders shipping within Pennsylvania, in accordance with state law.
